Our Story

The Dean Room was established and named after my mother, Ms. Aberdean "Dean" Johnson (1947 - 2022). Throughout my life as a child, I always admired what my mother knew, the experiences she had had in the world, and her ability to find something beautiful in anyone, anything and in any place. As a child and throughout my adulthood, whatever room my mother was in became hers through her presence, her fashion sense, her offerings, her kindness and her easy exchange of the truth. It is through this vein of thought, and her constant and unwavering support, that landed me here. Welcome to The Dean Room.
